Product Description
Udon is a traditional noodle that has been loved in Japan for generations. Its defining feature is a thickness and chewy bite unlike any other noodle. Hearty and satisfying, it delivers a real sense of fullness in every bowl.
In Japan, udon is enjoyed both in hot soup and chilled in cold water, dipped in a soy-based sauce. It also works beautifully in stir-fried noodle dishes — pairing just as well with Sri Lankan-style seasoning, making your favorite stir-fried noodles even more satisfying.
