Supervised by a Japanese noodle maker and produced right here in Sri Lanka, we deliver import-quality noodles at a local price. Each noodle is pressed into a single-serving disk, so there’s no need to measure — just drop one in and boil, making it quick and easy to prepare at home or in a professional kitchen. Wheat flour, salt, sodium bicarbonate(INS 500ii), potassium carbonate(INS 501i), ascorbic acid(INS 300), Tartrazine(INS 102).

How to Cook

01. Boil a plenty of water in a pot.
02. Loosen dry noodles gently. Re-boil the hot water.Take noodles out after 4 to 5 minutes.
03. Wash noodles by flow water few seconds to remove dust flour.
04. You can use noodles for fried or soup noodles whatever as you like!
